B Connected Online Wins International Business Award

B Connected Online, Boyd Gaming's award winning online community for loyal gaming customers, won top honors from The Ninth Annual International Business Awards, the world's only international, all-encompassing business awards program. B Connected Online, was awarded the Gold Stevie Award in Hospitality and Leisure section of the Website category. Also, B Connected Mobile was awarded the Silver Stevie Award in the Travel section of the Apps category, just behind AT&T.

Each year The International Business Awards are judged by more than 200 executives around the world. The Stevie Awards were created to honor and generate public recognition the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working people worldwide.

In the past year, Boyd Gaming has won numerous industry awards for the B Connected digital family of products: B Connected Online (web site), B Connected Mobile (mobile app), and B Connected Social. In 2011, B Connected Online was recognized by the American Gaming Association (AGA) as the “Best Website” in the gaming industry, and likewise B Connected Mobile was recognized as “Best Mobile Marketing”. Both products received Adrian Awards from the Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International (HSMAI), and also received Marcom Awards from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).
