How will I know when you reopen?

Given the fluid nature of COVID-19, we do not have a clear picture of when we will be able to reopen. We will be posting updated information on closures to our website at https://www.boydgaming.com/news/coronavirus, so please check back frequently for the latest.
Will you extend the expiration of B Connected Points due to the closure?

B Connected Points will not expire during our closure. This will allow you the chance to use them once we reopen without any penalty.
Will my offers that were valid during the temporary closure be honored when you reopen?

If you had offers expire during the closure, you will have new valid offers after reopening. New offers will be sent to you closer to the property’s scheduled reopening.
Will you prorate my Tier Credit earnings during the closure to assist in maintaining my current tier level?

We appreciate the impact our temporary closure will have for earning your 2021 tier level. We will be awarding Tier Credits to you upon opening to assist securing your 2021 tier level. Please check your inbox or BConnectedOnline in the coming weeks for more information.
What additional sailings will Holland America Line® offer since they are currently not sailing?

We are actively working with our partner Holland America Line regarding additional sailing options for you. As we have more sailing options, we will include them on your BConnectedOnline page. We will keep BConnectedOnline and our social pages up to date with additional sailing options as they become available and when the travel advisory is lifted.
Can I still use my offer at Baha Mar in the Bahamas?

At this time, Baha Mar has temporarily closed due to COVID-19. As we have more information with regards to their reopening dates, we will post on BConnectedOnline. For any inquiries regarding upcoming travel or questions, please reach out to Baha Mar directly at casinoservices@bahamar.com.
What will happen to the promotions that I wanted to participate in?

As we look to reschedule our events, we will send updated invitations. Unfortunately, some events at this time will not be rescheduled due to other exciting events we have planned for you. Please continue to check our website, your BConnectedOnline account and our social pages for more information as we have it available.
What does the closure mean for my hotel reservation (including third-party reservations) booked in April?

All hotel reservations through the closures have been cancelled, and any deposits are being refunded. This is inclusive of third-party reservations. We look forward to rebooking your stay with us. Please see respective property websites for the most up to date information.
I received communication that a show I purchased tickets to was canceled. Will I be refunded?

Tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. If you paid cash, once our casinos reopen, please return to the box office where the tickets were purchased, and a refund will be given.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be refunded by Ticketmaster.
I received communication that a show I purchased tickets to was postponed or rescheduled. What are my options?

Tickets you’ve already purchased will be honored on the new show date. If you would prefer a refund, please request one from the point of purchase.
