Throughout our history, Boyd Gaming has been dedicated to attracting and retaining team members who reflect the diversity of the communities we call home. Our commitment to building a diverse team has helped us better serve our customers and is one of the reasons for our Company’s long success.

These efforts were recently recognized by Newsweek magazine, which named Boyd Gaming to its “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity” list in January.  The Company was the only casino gaming company to receive a perfect five-star rating in the survey, which was based on anonymous responses from employees about corporate culture, working environment and commitment to diversity and inclusion at both their own company and others.

In addition to the Newsweek award, Boyd Gaming was also named to Forbes magazine’s “America’s Best Large Employers 2023” list in February. Forbes and a market research firm surveyed 45,000 American companies and institutions with more than 5,000 employees. Participants were asked if they would recommend their current employer to friends and family (on a scale of 0 to 10), and to cite any other employer they would also recommend. Boyd Gaming was one of 500 companies to receive the most recommendations.
