For the second year in a row, Boyd Gaming’s Diamond Jo Worth was named by the Globe Gazette as a 2022 Northern Iowa Employer of Choice.

Out of 100 nominations, Diamond Jo was selected as one of 20 Employers of Choice. The businesses chosen were nominated by employees and voted on by a committee of community leaders. These local businesses come from a variety of industries of various sizes and other factors; however, they all have a common commitment to competitive compensation, benefits, schedule flexibility, values and a collaborative work culture.

“Being named one of the Northern Iowa Employers of Choice is such a huge honor for us not once, but twice,” said Kathy Anderson, Director of HR at Diamond Jo Casino. “The Company gave us the tools to be competitive coming through the pandemic and our team did what they do best, they ran with it!
